Witheridge Family History Society 2010 Reunion & AGM
June 12, 2010

Date: Saturday 12 & Sunday 13 June 2010
Venue: Tenterden, Kent
Email: Kim Cook

Please note: Some Committee Members will be standing down this year. Between them they have covered many posts, for which we are very grateful, but this does mean we will be looking for quite a few people to help us run the Witheridge FHS. None of the individual posts is a great burden, but it's hard for those who have to combine a number of tasks. The more people we have on the Committee the lighter the individual load, so please consider whether you can help in any way.

1. All paid-up members of the Witheridge FHS who are 16 or over will be entitled to vote at the AGM. Non-members and under-16s are welcome to attend the AGM, but may not vote.
2. Throughout the day there will be a creche for children, run by a registered child-minder and qualified first-aider. However, depending on the number of children present, it may be necessary for a parent to help, in order to maintain the correct adult:child ratios.
3. Options for non-members (dependent on weather conditions) include: a guided tour of Tenterden town centre with its many listed buildings; a visit to Tenterden Museum (see Places of Interest, below); or relaxing on-site (weather permitting, in the garden).

Sunday 13 June

10.00 am Meet for outing, sharing cars. Local Places of Interest, and some a little Further Afield, are listed on the following pages. Those planning to attend and stay until Sunday will be asked to indicate their first three choices, in order of preference, and we will visit the one that is voted favourite.
1.00 pm approx Lunch. Many of the visit options have refreshment facilities, or we could book Sunday lunch in a local hostelry.
Afternoon No formal arrangements, but guests are welcome to linger and chat if they wish.

There is no charge for attending the Reunion, but all those attending will be responsible for paying for their own meals, and for any charges in connection with outings.
